Maybe instead of a game, have an activity. Buy some onesies in a couple of different sizes like newborn & 3-6mo. Get some fabric paint, paint brushes, some stencils and stamps (maybe some flowers or something). Have each guest make a onesie for the new baby. You can also use bibs instead of onsies... or both. Have some fabric pens so each person can write a message or sign it when they are done.
