We recently flew from Cape Town, South Africa to Toronto, Canada. We went through 4 different airports (Cape Town, Joberg, London Heathrow, and Toronto) and were on 2 different airlines (South African Airways and Air Canada).
When we go home and opened the suitcases, 4 bottles of nice wine from the wine region outside of Cape Town were missing.
What can I do or who should I contact to try to do something about this? I know there's virtually nothing I can do, but it is extremely irritating. If no one does anything it will never stop and these guys will continue to do it.
