how much is chiffon by the yard (the norm)?
I'm planning my room (my brother is moving out soon and im getting my first own room) and i had the idea of hanging polles right next to the wall (were the wall and ceiling meet) and from that, hanging braided chiffon fabric. oh, and behind the a plain white wall.
